Happiness is something that only exists as a mental construct in our mind. That is just the positive peaceful state of mind. Seeking for the absolute happiness of life, this is a simple and straightforward Buddhist practice. You can enjoy the original Theravada meditations with an inspired and relaxed mind to realize your fullest potential of life improving your experience of pure love and compassion to solve many of our daily problems.
Sitting on the grass in a peaceful open environment under the infinite universe you can close our eyes looking for the inner peace hidden in life to cultivate positive thoughts through pure Buddhist meditations to find the true freedom and joy that true happiness brings.

We can learn the Buddha's Dharma to approach life with confidence and eventually come to experience the peace of mental freedom through developing positive mental habits, peace and mental clarity, in and out of meditation.

At the end of the long day.....
Before the Darkness of the night...
                                                          To relax,
And to be free from stress
                                                          Anxiety, worry or depression..
                                                          Frustration or anger.
                                                          To be simple.
And to have a Blessed time.

The session is guided by the Theravada Sri Lankan Buddhist Monks. There are yoga mattresses, cushions available. If you have your own cushions comfortable for you feel free to bring. You do not need to wear any special clothing. So all you need to do is come along!

You all are welcome. We're looking forward to meeting you. If this is the first time you are attending, check out   what to expect.
